Santen Pharmeceuticals Global Branding

Santen Pharmaceuticals is a global ophthalmology company headquartered in Japan. The goal of this initiative was to develop a cohesive brand system and messaging framework that could resonate across regions while respecting cultural nuance.

As a lead creative, I was closely involved across the full process, from research and strategy through concept development, execution, and photoshoot direction. The work focused on creating a flexible visual and verbal identity that could scale globally without losing clarity or authenticity.

Drawing on my Japanese background, I also played a key role in client communication, collaborating seamlessly in both Japanese and English. This allowed for clearer alignment between global teams and ensured the creative intent translated effectively across markets.
